40 Sets of Photoshop Custom Shapes

It has been quite awhile since I done up something for the Downloads section So when I came across many amazing custom shapes while browsing through DeviantArt, I thought of doing up a list on those that I think cannot be missed. I tried to link most of the custom shapes back to the creators’ personal site. So we can see other amazing works from them.Click on the thumbnails below to view them. For those that I missed out, please write a note here and I’ll update it accordingly. How to install a Photoshop Custom Shape: Place the *.csh files into: Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop X\Presets\Custom Shapes where X is the version number for your version of Photoshop. To load a file, go to the Styles palette, then click the small arrow in the top right corner and choose one of the layer style collections from the menu. Here is my contribution to the list of Photoshop Custom Shapes; Doraemon. Hope you all will like it.

   Hi Isaac, you can export these paths to be used in Illustrator. To do so,

   1) Create your custom shape (shape layers mode) in a Photoshop document
   2) Select your shape and go to File > Export > Paths to Illustrator
   3) Make sure you chose the correct shape layer to export

   That’s all

   @ Claudette: All these shapes are created by different artists but I see most of them are free to use for non commercial purposes. Otherwise may need to drop a note to get their permission if you plan to earn anything from them
