@Cboy: Some brushes are made with that glowing effect already. For those that doesn’t, maybe you can apply more effects to it using the Blending Options. You can see it when right-clicking on a layer. Hope this helps.

How do you use brushes so they don’t just look like a stamp on a page? I have tried,but I could never get a glowing effect or a wispy look.
